What counts as an enquiry

  • We only take on businesses where we can guarantee the enquiries.

    That’s why it starts with an application, and we take on four clients a quarter. If hardly anyone searches for your service, we tell you in the first call.

  • You pay €3,000 at the start.

    The €3,000 covers the setup, and the remaining €6,000 only falls due once the guaranteed enquiries are in.

  • You work with us in the first weeks.

    We do the work, but we need a call every week and what you know about your customers: why they buy is something we can’t get anywhere else.

  • The enquiries are guaranteed, the selling is yours.

    We bring you people who want your service and fit your market. You still answer the phone yourself.

  • It takes 90 days.

    More enquiries often come after 45 days, and it takes the full 90 for everything to run smoothly.

  • You pay for ad budget and photos on top.

    Google Ads are an optional extra, and the budget goes directly to Google. Hosting and maintenance are included for six months, then optional with Website Care at €179 a month.

What is Found First?
The marketing system for predictable enquiries. We build you a channel for new customers in 90 days: you get found on Google, in Google Maps and in ChatGPT, and your website turns visitors into enquiries. The number of enquiries is guaranteed in your contract.
What if I already have a website?
Depending on how good it is, we build on it or start fresh. If it brings no enquiries today, Found First is still for you: a website on its own isn’t a channel. People have to find it first.
What counts as a qualified enquiry?
Any enquiry from someone who wants a service from you and fits your market: a contact form sent, a call, an email or a booked appointment. What counts is what arrives in your dashboard. Left out are newsletter sign-ups, existing customers, job applications, repeat enquiries from the same person and anyone trying to sell you something.
Is Google Ads part of it?
If you want it. We don’t recommend ads for everyone, but where they pay off we add them, for example ads in Google Maps for local businesses. The setup is included, you pay the ad budget on top, directly to Google. If large campaigns need ongoing management, that’s a separate package.
What do you need from me?
Feedback, what you know about your customers and a willingness to try something new. Why your customers buy and what’s on their mind first is something we can’t get anywhere else.
How quickly does it work?
Found First takes 90 days, in five phases. You often get noticeably more enquiries after 45 days, and it takes the full 90 days for everything to run smoothly.
What if hardly anyone searches for my field?
Then we check whether a sharper positioning reaches the demand, or whether another route fits, content for example. We don’t accept an application where we can’t guarantee a result.
Who works on my project?
The same people from start to finish: whoever writes your positioning also builds the system and reads the numbers on day 90. That’s why we only take on four Found First clients a quarter, and why it starts with an application.
Does the system stay when the 90 days are over?
Yes, it’s yours: website, content, domain, data. It keeps running and keeps bringing in enquiries, without any tie to us.
What happens after the 90 days?
You have a channel that brings in enquiries by itself. If the guaranteed number hasn’t been reached yet, we keep working, and the remaining €6,000 stays open. If it isn’t reached six months after the start, you never pay it. If you want to keep growing after that, you can carry on with us month by month.
