What does Found First cost?
A fixed price that you know before we start. You start with a fraction of it. You pay the rest only once the enquiries are there, the ones we guarantee you in writing: enough that the new customers they bring are worth more than Found First costs. We work out how many that is for your market before we start. The exact amounts are on the Found First page.
What if the number isn’t reached?
Then you only pay for the setup. Never the rest. It says so in the contract, before we begin.
How soon do the first enquiries come in?
Found First runs for 90 days. You often see noticeably more enquiries after 45 days. It takes the full 90 for everything to run smoothly.
What counts as an enquiry?
Anything a customer does to take the first step towards you: a call, a form, an email, a booked appointment, a booking or a purchase in your shop. We count every one of them and see where it came from.
How do you get recommended by ChatGPT?
ChatGPT has to understand you, and other people have to talk about you. There are ads in ChatGPT now too, but you can’t buy a recommendation: ChatGPT names whoever it thinks gives the best answer. That is what we work on, with clear content on your site, mentions on other sites and real reviews. You measure it by what counts: the enquiries that come in through it.
What do SEO & GEO mean?
SEO means search engine optimisation: we make sure new customers find you on Google, in search and in Google Maps. GEO means Generative Engine Optimization: the same for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers. We do both together, because most of it is the same work. How much work is it for me?
Mostly in the first three weeks: a few conversations so we really understand what you offer. After that, most of it runs without you, and you get the numbers every month.
I already have a website. Does it need replacing?
We decide that in the diagnosis: we check what can stay and what is missing. Often we build on what is already there. Sometimes starting fresh is the faster way, and then we tell you so openly.
What happens after the 90 days?
The system belongs to you: content, data, domain, everything. There is no lock-in. If you want to keep growing, you can carry on with us, but you don’t have to.
Is all of this GDPR compliant?
Yes. We build to GDPR: fonts that load without a detour through third-party servers, analytics that don’t track visitors, cookies only where they are needed. We set up your legal notice and privacy policy for you; have a lawyer check them, because we are an agency, not a law firm.
Do you only work in Salzburg?
